  • When to tell us you're moving
    Let us know you're moving home 10 days before you move.
  • What to tell us
    We'll need to know the date you are moving out (service stopped) and contact details so we can send you your final bill.
  • Are there any cancellation fees?
    There are no cancellation fees.
  • Do I need to have service turned off?
    No. Water service will be taken out of your name on the date you indicate so that you will no longer be billed for service, but there is no need to discontinue service.
  • I've sold the home. What do I need to do?
    Depending on the date of the sale of your home, you may be due a credit for prepayment. This credit must be transferred during closing. Contact us at least one week prior to closing to request an Account Payment Status Letter. This will provide the amount due to you from the buyer at the closing.
